Croudace Homes Limited recently announced land options on a site of 192 acres which could see 1,500 homes developed on it. It is worth noting that this parcel of land had been previously subject of a larger, 5,200 homes, application which was recently rejected as unsuitable by the Planning Inspectorate following a strong campaign by Action Against Destructive Development Eastleigh
