A reminder for those Pembers Hill Park Residents that have not received their compensation from Southern Water.
If you were without water during the outage in December you should receive £120.
If you were without water in February you should receive £300.
Furthermore if they have not already added this compensation to your account you are entitled to a further £20 for each failure to update your account within 20 working days of the outage.
This is applied as a bill credit however you can ask them to refund this to your bank account for a little bit of extra cash before Christmas.
